i recommend it coz it is not a Diet Medichine or Diet Tea or sth,it is full of nutrients that our body need but we aften fail to obtain coz we r comsuming RUBBISH FOOD nowadays.somemore it taste great!!!is true!!
it's recommendation is to comsume two package(each 4 breakfast n dinner) one day...but i random lar coz sometime mum cook is more attractive mah hahaha
hope the affect is obvious n fast(i think should be coz i "CLEAR MY STOMACH" that day i comsume 2).
i want a gorgeous,brilliant n sexy CNY yay!

coz as my hair grow longer,the upper head was appear black but brown at half till bottom.not nice lar.UGLY =(
